🚨 NEW TC CHEER & TUMBLE SPECIALTY CLINIC! 🚨

School is out early on Friday, August 28, so we're putting that extra time to good use! 🤸‍♀️

Join me for a 2-hour Back Handspring Bootcamp designed specifically for athletes who are working toward their back handspring OR want to improve their technique, consistency, and confidence.

We'll spend the two hours focusing on progressions, drills, body position, round-off/rebound technique, strength, and individualized skill work.

Because this clinic is held in my home gym and space is limited, I am only opening 5 spots.

Hi TCCT fam! It’s hard to believe that Summer is less than two weeks away! I’m going to be doing my summer schedule a little differently this year. With people traveling often (including me) it’s difficult to commit to weekly classes at the same day and time. So I am going to be doing my scheduling and sign ups through the BAND app. I have uploaded some classes to the schedule, but I will likely be adding more. The way this will work is the sign ups are first come first serve. I am going to allow up to three people per class. Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance to allow for my scheduling/planning. Thank you all for your support and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with y’all over the summer! Let me know if you have any questions about signing up for the classes.

Also, I am excited to announce that I am going to be hosting some STUNT intensive clinics on a handful of Mondays this summer at Overtime Fitness!

This will be open to a limited number of spots for stunt clinics designed for elementary + middle school athletes!
Each session will focus on building strong stunt fundamentals, proper technique, and confidence in a small group setting.
