SBA Tega Cay Tigers 9u We are committed to teaching the fundamentals of the game while emphasizing sportsmanship, respect, and a love for baseball.

The short version:
We're a competitive tournament baseball team focused on improving skills, having fun, good sportsmanship and growing together, both on and off the field. The long version:
Our mission is to foster a positive, competitive environment where young athletes develop their baseball skills, build strong character, and learn the value of teamwork. Through hard work, encouragement, and shared goals, we strive to help our players grow not only as athletes, but as teammates and individuals - on and off the field. Our focus is on improvement, having fun, and creating lasting memories as we compete and grow together. We also believe the support of families is essential to our success. We encourage parents to share in our values of growth, positivity, and respect, creating a unified community that reinforces life lessons both at the ballpark and at home. Together, we build a foundation that goes beyond the game.

Congrats to Judah and Merald, this week’s SBA Tega Cay 9u Teammates of the week, sponsored by Holly Achenberg realtor!

Judah took care of feeding his dog without being told. Merald helped his teacher at school and did his homework without being told. Way to take initiative and responsibility, boys!

Per usual, we had so many teammates share this week. We love that they continue to share and look for ways to be great teammates on and off the field, even if they’ve already received the award.

Let’s go Three and Ryder, this week’s SBA Tiger 9u Teammates of the week!

Three received a note from his teacher thanking him for being an excellent student and classmate. Ryder noticed his mom needed help and carried her chair to the car after practice.

We are so inspired by all the things our Tigers shared this week. Way to be great teammates on and of the field, Tigers!

Congratulations to Kingston and Dylon, our SBA Tega Cay 9u teammates of the week, sponsored by Holly Achenberg realtor!

Kingston shared a prize from the cosmic baseball game with a friend, and Dylon helped a friend get help when he was injured. Great job, guys!

Congratulations to our first SBA Tega Cay Tigers 9u Teammates of the week, sponsored by the wonderful Holly Achenberg realtor! 👏⚾️

Each week, our team will celebrate two special players who show what it really means to be a great teammate not just on the field, but off the field too! They’ll all share acts of kindness that embody being a good friend, sibling and/or person.

Frankie shared that he helped his sisters practice and learn basketball and baseball. Duke has been helping his new teacher in the classroom. Way to go, guys!

We loved hearing players share their stories with each other at practice tonight. Keep it up, Tigers! Can’t wait for next week! 🩵⚾️
