I am so incredibly proud of Paulette to be able to hit her initial goal of becoming healthier. We’ve managed to put on muscle, lower bodyfat, and change her overall body composition. In the midst of training, I’ve also gained an amazing friend! I love my career.

Haven’t posted in a long time. I’ve been keeping my head down and staying focused on my goals.
Training multiple people to their own goals, editing videos for , studying for my R.E. license, and creating the best possible shape for myself, thus far.
Excited to see what this year will bring.

6 years down, 7 in October. Crazy how time flies doing what you love.

Amazing progress from my client Shannon! In only a couple months, we’ve managed to drop 9% body fat.
Insanely proud, and this is just the beginning. We’ve got some more weight loss to go, and from there we will focus on gaining more muscle. 💪🏼

An amazing transformation for before surgery. We went from 27% in body fat down to 18.2% starting in October and ending in February.

SWIPE for the glute and abdominal gains 🍑
has been following an online program to help her recomp her body.
This means that we focus on losing body fat (caloric deficit) and alternate to gaining muscle (calorie surplus) when she achieved her body fat % goal.
This is only phase 1. I’m excited to bring her into phase 2 of her plan before summer.

Anything in life you want, you can have. It’s as simple as that, but often, we can get in our own way.
Ego, pride, guilt, procrastination, doubt, fear. All the things that hold us back.
But why not us?
The time you engage into listening to doubt, fear, guilt, shame, or any apprehension will always keep you from engaging positively with things that will help nurture and grow you.
In 2021, let’s agree to care less about what people think and the judgement we give ourself and more on “what if.”
