It’s such a pleasure to be able to give some classes to this incredible athlete Michael Kuhns. He is from Pensilvania. Every once in a while he comes to the west coast to visit my client Jessica and his father Don. He uses this opportunity to take some classes while he is here to improve his performance! I’m so proud of this man. Here are some of his titles and records from his powerlifting competitions.

5 time Open National Champion, 2 time Junior National Champion, 1 time Junior World Champion, 1 time Open Bench Press World Champion. He was also the second youngest male lifter to ever win the United States Powerlifting (USAPL) Open National Championships at 18 years old. In 2008 when he won the IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) Bench Press Worlds that helped the United States win its first ever Male Team Open IPF Championship.
