Swimmer Strength is founded by Deniz Hekmati, NSCA - Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, ASU-graduate, former collegiate- and professional swimmer from Sweden. Throughout his education in Exercise Sciences, he has taken all the knowledge learned and put them in to swimmers’ perspectives in order to elevate their performances. His expertise and passion for anatomy, exercise physiology, core stability, and strength & power is an extremely influential tool for the swimming world.
