SUNDAY IS WITCH~CRAFT DAY!

This month is all about LOVE. And love for self is of the utmost importance! So, witches, we gather Sunday night 2/20 from 7-9pm to craft Self-Love Spell Jars and learn about Brigid, Goddess of Fire, and her holiday, Imbolc; the coming of spring and the midway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox.

We’ll circle, call in the directions, bring Brigid in through meditation, Craft our jars, activate them with a spell, and howl hand-in-hand to ignite all the magic we conjured. It will be an enchanting time of connection, creativity, and carefreeness!

I don’t know about you but when I rise early to meditate in my home, EVERYONE wakes up with me 🤣 no matter how quiet I am! It’s like they sense “mom wants quiet time- must interrupt!” 😅 So I am stoked to be opening up the Moon Mama studio inside bright and early Tuesday mornings for silent meditation! 🧘🏽

Starting in the wee early hours, doors open at 5:15am to allow time to settle in and get situated. Doors will close promptly at 5:30 where we will begin our individual practice. Because this is a silent meditation, we want to honor stillness and give ourselves ample time to drop in and truly release— so no late comers (sorry not sorry y’all. Gotta make this a priority)!

Bring your own air pods or headphones if you’d like music or your own guided meditation recording. I will not be leading any meditation, I am simply opening up the studio to hold space. There will be a white noise machine playing but other than that?! Silence 🤫

*sigh* I feel my brain exhale just thinking about it 😌🧠☮️

$5 suggested donation but don’t let that stop you from coming. With this go-go-go society and do-do-do mindset, we could all use permission to simply BE.

Kids Yoga is coming to The Healing Tree Collective!! Starting this Thursday from 10:15-11am Amber and her 10-year-old son Arlo will lead kiddos of all ages through fun and simple yoga flows with story telling, meditation, and savasana.

$10 for the first child, $5 for each child after. Grownups are free and encouraged to join! Children under 5 must have a grownup present.
