It will be a 1 Day Live Exercise Based Event (that's why I want to give you a heads up now)

Date: 22 Sept 2013 (Sunday)
Start Time: 10 Am
Duration: Approx. 1 hr
Open to Non-Cleints
12 Team Limit:

3-Person Team Event: 2 Women 1 Man per team

You can build your own team or if you can't put a team together you can come as you are, and I will assign you a team.

There are pretty good odds we'll go to brunch afterward, and maybe I will pick up the tab for the winning team

More details for the actual event to come, I just wanted to give you a heads up for calendars and to start building your team.
