I help people improve their fitness and lifestyles. A lot of people would like to get healthier but don't know where to start, I help them out.
Never know what you're capable of until you try. My boy has never tried anything over 225lbs, today we got him up to 335lbs!
Challenge and surround yourself with people who will get you out of your comfort zone! Good things will happen!
Good job Spencer Torrico!
Putting in some shoulder work with the boys!
Grinding even on the weekends.
What does it feel like to squat 375lbs? It feels good, real good.
Pushing yourself over weeks, and even months in order to improve yourself, and then seeing it pay off.. just feels good.
Weight could be 5lbs or 500lbs. As long as you're progressing in your fitness program, you should feel happy and pleased to know that the hard work and efforts pay off.
Stay the course, find a goal and get there!
Elizabeth, a high school volleyball player, working on complex training this morning. A plyometric immediately after a heavy resistance load(a squat in this instance). She's hitting box jumps right into a depth jump.
The grind doesn't know what day it is. Work hard even on the weekend!
Getting some work in with the boys. Surround yourself with like minded people. Push and motivate each other! Stay focused! Stay committed! #hundredshundreds
You want circuit training, strength training, or a little bit of everything? Let me know. The fun starts when you step in the gym #lookgoodnaked
What's your idea of fun? Mine is getting in the gym with someone who has an awesome work ethic and throwing some weights around.
Gretchen getting them easy deadlifts in. We deadlifted for about an hour and then ran some circuits! Fun Sunday!
Sure you may have done sled pushes, but have you done them for 3 minutes straight? This is in the middle of a high rep kettlebell, medicine ball slams and box jumps circuit. Did I mention this was at 7 am?
As far as workouts and programming, I've never done anything out of the ordinary. I've set goals, stayed consistent and kept learning. At the beginning of the year I set a goal to lift a 500lb deadlift in 2015, this is 475lbs. I am currently knocking on 500s door.
What are your goals and what can I do to help you? Weight loss? Build Strength? Build muscle?
Find something you want to achieve, and improve your health simultaneously. #lookgoodnaked
My reaction exactly. No such thing as "toned". Building muscle and lowering your overall body fat should be your goal. That's the holy grail of the "toned" look.
A sample of one of the many leg day circuits I do. Always fun trying or adding something new to your routine. #legday
Some people will never get to experience the high you get when lifting weights, I won't be one of those people. #weightlifting #iwillpumpyouup
A couple of ladies learning the hang clean. There are plenty of ways to switch up your workout so you don't get bored, learning and mastering new movements is always fun.
I was my very first client. It took a lot of trial and error both inside and outside of the gym. Experimenting with different workout programming, while gaining knowledge along the way, I've learned what works and what doesn't. Everyone has different goals when we step in the gym. The first step should be to figure out what do you want out of it. From there we create a plan to achieve said goal. #lookgoodnaked
Having a little fun on the battle ropes with my fit family! We all perform better when there is someone there to push you! #lookgoodnaked
A couple of ladies working through a circuit on a Saturday morning.
Andy getting some conventional deadlifts in for his first time.
Row row row your boat on a Saturday afternoon!
One of my clients I worked with for a few months before she moved out of state. She lost good inches around her waist, dropped 4% body fat and gained some muscles in her legs. She changed her lifestyle to eating better and also feeling weird when she missed a workout. Keep it up Alexis.
[06/20/15] Message me for session details. On Tuesdays, Thursday's and weekends I have a lot of availability. Mid day the gym is really empty. Commit for 2 months and get a better rate. Goals take time and hard work. Nothing comes easy but we all start somewhere. #lookgoodnaked
Sometimes I get to train with this beast! Vanessa holds all three state records in her weight class. Heaviest bench press, squat and deadlift. Can't fake being strong 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 #powerlifter #girlswholift
