Canyon Lake is probably one of my most favorite lake here in Arizona. The sheer natural beauty that's second to none in my opinion. Water could be 40-50 feet deep just feet from shore making it really challenging to catch those suspended fish. Yet, fishermen keep returning though, perhaps for the beauty of the lake, but also the allure of the state record of a 16-lb bass caught in this lake years ago! Just imaging catching such a monster. Makes me want to go back there again soon. #akunalures
