New gym, new mentality, and new outlook on the future.
Now that , , and I are settled in to our new gym, It’s time to kick things into high gear.
looks to rise above all competition with the help of , , and . We’re putting together a team of some of the best and most knowledgable coaches under one roof.
To accomplish this goal, I will need to lead by example. For months, I’ve neglected my own health for the sake of the gym. Now that we are in a good place, I’ve made it a goal of mine to be more consistent with my workouts and to get my nutrition back in check.
Let’s see how far we can take this thing! Follow our journey to become the best Athletic training facility in the valley.

They say size doesn’t matter in jiu-jitsu, but deep down everybody knows it does.
If both opponents are of similar or equal skill level, then strength and size will be the determining factor in any fight.
That’s why jiu-jitsu athletes should be strong physically and technically. Both are important.

I had a great Saturday morning workout with Nate from and friends.
Today, we worked on some movements I don’t usually include in my own programming. I especially hated the Bulgarian split squats and “human” drag.
Nate is ripped, but he sure weighs a lot. I’ll get my payback during next jiu-jitsu class. 😈
