If any of you are available this afternoon around 2:30, Grace and Vickie would appreciate your support and smiling faces at Deming Park for a 15 minute demo at the Wabash Activity Center’s spring picnic! What's your motivation for getting healthy?

Bikini season?

Your 25th class reunion?

While these are fun goals, if you want lasting health and lasting change, you may want to look elsewhere for your motivation.

Let's get past the skinny jeans and try looking at your body in a different way:

STRONG enough to withstand childbirth, a sudden illness, or that last set of reps.

HEALTHY enough to be able to care for others...not the other way around.

FAST enough to beat your tween in a game of tag.

FLEXIBLE enough to crawl into the fort of couch cushions with your grandchild.

BALANCED enough to turn a slip on the ice into a perfect 10 ice dance.

When your 'Why' reaches past being beach ready, you're well on your way to LASTING change.

One more opportunity for a FREE REFIT® Monday night class that gives you the opportunity to give back!

This week's schedule:

Mon (with Carrie) 5:30 at THCOG
Tues (with Carrie) 5:30 at the YMCA
Wed (with Steph) 5:30 at Booker T.
Fri (with Carrie) 8:45 AM at the YMCA
Sat (with Shayla) 10:00 at the YMCA

REFIT® with Carrie and Steph is going on a field trip the next 2 Mondays! Classes on the 12th and 19th need to be cancelled at Booker T. due to events in the gym.

Rather than cancel class, we're going into the community to have class and GIVE BACK!

Class on the 12th and 19th will be held at the Terre Haute Church of God Ministry Center (2509 Thompson St.) and will be FREE with a donation (from the list below) to help stock the Pantry and feed families in need.
