Happy Friday y’all! Classes have been incredible and my heart is so full! I’ll see everyone tonight at 6 PM!

Weekend schedule is as follows:

Saturday 9:00AM and 10:15AM
Sunday 10:00AM Extreme bootcamp (there will not be a 9 AM regular class on Sunday) there is an event pinned at the top of my page for this extreme Boot Camp. Please RSVP if you plan on attending!

I told myself that this trip I took, I would give my body a rest and relax. So naturally I hiked until my legs fell off and I couldn’t breathe anymore 😂😅
