Sunday Downshift in The Dalles

Hello beautiful people! Unfortunately I won't be able to make it back to the Dalles from Oregon Country Fair in time for the Sunday downshift or the wellness walk! Sorry to keep bailing on keeping the Gatherings going but I hope that all of you will continue to talk about these things and start up your own Gatherings amongst your friends and family and your neighbors too! have a beautiful weekend everyone and I look forward to seeing you around town soon! 😊💗

Sunday Downshift today at Amaton Field 12-2pm follwed up by a Wellness Walk in the surrounding neighborhoods! Looking like another beautiful day in The Dalles so even if you don't make it out get out of any boxes you might be stuck in lately there and create your own adventure or maybe even find some little ways to contribute to the world around you today!
