Basketball tryouts will be held on May 26th from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

All incoming freshmen are welcome. Come ready to hoop and compete!

The tigers finished their season with their final team dinner, and district awards. Also congratulations to all the players who earned their letterman this year. This season was definitely something to build off, as always Geaux Tigers.

🎟 NO tickets will be sold ahead of time at school.
🎟 Tickets will ONLY be sold at the gate at game time.

That means if you plan on coming…
⏰ GET THERE EARLY!

We already know it’s going to be packed and they will sell to whoever is in line. Don’t wait around and miss out!

The Thibodaux High School Tigers are headed down the bayou to take on the South Lafourche Tarpons in Round 1 of the playoffs!

We will have a fan bus provided by the school, so let’s load it up and travel DEEP with that purple on!

Our boys have already locked in and started preparing for this moment. They know what’s at stake. They promised it’s going to be a great one — and playoff basketball always hits different!

Tiger fans, this is not the time to be quiet.

Tough one tonight. Final score 52-45 — our THS Tigers fell short in the District Championship against the Destrehan Wildcats. With both teams finishing district play with one loss, they’ll share the district title.

But let’s be clear… this team has NOTHING to hang their heads about.

From the first tip of the season to tonight’s final buzzer, these young men showed heart, toughness, and growth. The way they battled, the way they represented Thibodaux, the way they stayed together — that’s what makes us proud. 💜💛

Every win streak.
Every practice.
Every lesson learned.
Every ounce of adversity faced.

It built something special.

And guess what?
The season is NOT over.

Now it’s time to shift the focus to the FIRST ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS. New season. New opportunity. Same mission.

We’re proud of how far this team has come… but we’re not finished yet.
