Many of you know Foster Jones, despite that he is new to our football team. He is a truly remarkable young man.

Unfortunately, earlier this summer, Foster was in a car accident and severely injured his arm.

It required multiple surgeries, and he had yet another one today.

I was blessed to be sent a video today by the Jones family, where Foster is in the car on his way home from his most recent surgery and despite fighting through the effects of heavy medication, is repeatedly assuring his Mom that he will attack his recovery with the Right Mental Attitude and that nothing can stop him.

Quite frankly, it brought tears to my eyes.

The Right Mental Attitude isn't something that Foster got simply by joining the football team. He already had it, we just helped him give a name to it. And now we are honored and blessed by his example.

Please send him all of your love thoughts and prayers.

Per his social media, former One General Family - Northern Local Schools baseball star Caden Sheridan commits to Arizona State as a transfer from Morehead State.

The former Johnny Bench Award winner has two years of eligibility remaining.
