It’s another workout challenge, but this time without the distraction of the holiday season!
Begins Monday, January 6. Who’s with me?!
Here are the rules:
Complete 1 workout every day for 21 straight days. These workouts should be challenging, but make sure at least 1 workout each week is a recovery workout (walk the dog, deep clean the house - you get the point)
In 21 days, you must complete:
6 cardio workouts (your heart is a muscle too)
3 workouts with a buddy (motivate others)
1 hot yoga workout (if you don’t have access to hot yoga, then power yoga class)
ACCOUNTABILITY: You MUST post a pic of your workout EVERY DAY (accountability and you’re inspiring others), use the hashtag and tag me to be sure I don’t miss your post. Let’s gooooooo!!!
