The Sledge Gym is a Private Member Athletic Advancement Training Facility in Tigard, Oregon. We specialize in Strategic Performance and Athletic Solution Systems for committed individual athletes, teams, professionals and those who aspire to be.

“SLEDGE” was open in 2008, and is designed to make you better at your hobbies, professions, or what you choose to do! Our list of specialties have covered almost every sport, hobby and activity there is. We support not only with the building up of specific function or task, but with mental focus enhancement, and appropriate nutritional support. We strive to provide a comfortable haven for the driven, and those willing to fight for their dreams…Competitive or not. Aspire to your Desire!

Don't be Intimidated. We are here to guide you out of your current box, and onto better things. Sledge is a 24/7/365 facility for its Members and Trainers. It's been 10 years of Sledge. 10 years of fabulous memories, and experiences. 10 years of amazing, and interesting relationships. 10 years of growth, and passionate expansion for many. 10 years of business, and personal lessons, for which I am ever grateful.

It has been an Wonderful chapter, but now it is time to write the next. Sledge will be closing Feb. 15th 2018.
I am selling everything at Sledge, and at my home in preparation for what is to come. Anyone interested in equipment, or memorabilia may purchase it on a first come first serve basis. All equipment must be sold, and out by Feb 20th. Please spread the word to gym owners, and builders alike.

Taking care of my people...

Membership: January dues have cleared, and Sledge Members have until the 15th of February to train, and utilize their membership. ALL Memberships, reoccurring payment service plans, and current billing will be canceled this week to prevent future charge.
Personal Training: Trainers may continue training at Sledge until Feb.15th. Please check with your trainer for specifics about your personal situation.

My personal training clients, and business will continue at The Lions Den
All active training, and nutrition services purchased will be fulfilled, and may continue with me as desired. I will continue to take a limited, and select number of clients here forward.

I want to thank everyone who was apart of Sledge over this past 10 years! You will all hold a special piece of my heart.

I hope you take what you have learned here, and continue to do Amazing things!
