Lincoln-Way Patriots Semi-Pro Football Team Welcome to the OFFICIAL Lincoln-Way Patriots page. We are a semi-pro football organization b All within the first 4 years of existence.

The Patriots were founded in late 2008 by head coach Steve Strimel (2009-present) and owner John Busch (2009-2012). They chose the name "Patriots" to honor the life and sacrifice of Operation Enduring Freedom war hero Jacob Lowell (KIA 2 June 2007 Afghanistan). The team went on to become the first expansion team to ever complete an undefeated regular season and also the first of its kind to compete for an MSFL title (lost 37-14 to the Racine Threat). Since then, the Patriots have been competing in one of the nations best semi pro football leagues, boasting 3 playoff appearances, 2 conference championship games and that title game appearance in 2009. The franchise was bought in early 2012 by current owner Jim McClelland Jr. Since 2014 the Patriots have had 4 undefeated regular seasons in MSFL play. In 2016 the Patriots capped off a undefeated season by winning the Mid States football league championship over the Door County Destroyers 31-0. In January of 2017 the Patriots were invited to New Orleans to play for a national championship and won over the Cincinnati Chiefs 17-14. In 2018 the Patriots once again finished with a undefeated regular season record and finished it off by winning another MSFL Championship over the Wisconsin Hitmen by a score of 19-10. In December 2018 the Patriots were once again invited down to New Orleans where they squared off against a tough Houston Ducks team for a National Championship. The Patriots defeated the Ducks 21-15 to become Two time National Champions. In 2021 the Patriots are back in the Mid States Football league. The Staff:
