Training with intent and to true failure vs. going through the motions and not pushing myself
First picture is just over a year back in the gym after baby #2, making protein a priority, pushing myself and only going to the gym 3 days a week. Second picture is 3 weeks post first show, going to the gym 5 days a week, and just not pushing myself to a true failure.

8 months apart, been focusing on putting on muscle and getting stronger.
