Most “programs” are a Canva template, a calorie number, and a copy-paste workout split.
I still come across this with clients who’ve consulted with me and shared their previous plans, and it’s honestly astonishing how some of these “coaches” are still getting away with it. When you look closer, it’s usually a generic template, a random calorie number, an out of date diet plan, and a recycled workout split with no real strategy behind it. No education. No behavior change framework. No lifestyle integration. Just surface-level structure that looks good but doesn’t actually build understanding or long-term results. That’s the difference. You ever write a client program so dialed in you have to sit back for a second and admire it?
Yeah. Sent one of those today.
Damn near perfect on paper, just like I aim for every time. Thoughtful, intentional, built to be ideal from the very start.
But here’s the truth: no matter how good a plan looks on paper, it’s only as powerful as the ex*****on that follows and the adjustments made along the way to keep progress moving.
Plans set the direction.
Ex*****on builds the result.
Adaptation is what makes it elite.

WHAT ARE YOU READY TO SET DOWN⁉️
“When your hands are full, you can’t receive anything new.”
So the real question becomes:
What are you willing to put down in 2025 so you can fully pick up what 2026 is trying to give you?
• Putting down over-commitment to pick up presence.
• Putting down people-pleasing to pick up alignment.
• Putting down burnout disguised as hustle to pick up sustainable strength.
• Putting down old versions of yourself to pick up who you’re becoming.
• Putting down fear of slowing down to pick up clarity and direction.
• Putting down control over everything to pick up trust in the process
The hardest part isn’t letting go of bad habits.
It’s letting go of familiar ones that once kept you safe.
But 2026 won’t fit in hands that are still holding onto 2024 problems.
So be intentional.
Put something down on purpose. Not because you’re quitting, but because you’re making room.
