Thank you everyone who made it to class last night. I absolutely love physically pushing myself into awareness. You find blocks you didn't know existed. You can breathe through the tension and surrender.
I know we are all different skill levels and what I want to instill is compassion inward first. I want you to be patient with your uncomfortable growth. I want you to be aware of yourself opening up, shedding layers of expectations, loving yourself where you are. Today. Right now on this journey. Becoming more of your true self and honoring your beautiful uniqueness. They is no one else like you. Choose love, practice loving yourself and your flaws. You are whole in every phase. Intentionally try to smile more often. Choose joy. Be brave and give your mind a break. Be soft in your stillness. We are all just in another phase of life. Thank you for walking with me through mine.
