This is low level to some, or could be viewed as such?…
However can You do this? I do simple basic s**t every day. I don’t have to work my ass off, I am not trying to jump through the roof.
I good go into great depths with such simplicity.
Toes and arches are being stretched, I can feel it. Ankle stiffness on the right, leads to knee and hip compensation.
