Don't burn out your team! If you grant your team Paid Time Off (PTO), ensure they fully benefit from it. Avoid contacting them for work-related matters or tasks during their time off. Allowing your team to disconnect, recharge, and prioritize personal well-being is key to maintaining productivity and motivation. Similarly, respect their weekends as valuable time for family, hobbies, and relaxation. Encouraging a healthy work-life balance ultimately enhances team performance and overall satisfaction.

I believe that embracing discomfort is essential for personal growth. Stepping outside our comfort zones is where real development occurs. If we choose to remain within our familiar boundaries, we may limit our potential for future advancement.
