Chandler Jones gets CFPA award, Billy Freeman gets honorable... Now that the depression from the loss to Minnesota has worn off, here are some more positive things about the Spartans to think about.

Guess working football hell weeks at PVHS last week & WHS this week showed me how much I missed athletic training. Took Asst. Athletic Trainer position at PVHS.

Great West High boys soccer season comes to end today in second round playoff loss.

Awesome to see client with increased muscle tone, improved flexibility, & best of all be strong enough to do exercise that he thought was impossible two weeks ago. Not to mention worked out knots in quad after workout giving him full range of motion. Yeah!

Excited to be training new basketball player client. Love a challenge. Love the determination of athletes.
