Has new ownership not completed the process of taking over financials? I am to the point of seeking legal counsel, as it now appears that AF Corporate dropped the ball and did not cancel mine OR my husband’s membership after failure of the TR club handling it. I completed cancellation per the old owners’ requirements on 10/23/19 for both memberships. We both have been billed every single month since then. During a time where money is tight, this is the LAST thing either of us needs to deal with. I have called, I have emailed, I have contacted corporate, I’ve done it all since the end of January. I’m very seriously considering contacting the BBB. This is beyond ridiculous!
I know some of you are still having issues with getting in touch with someone at the gym. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Right now I am still in training and I will not be able to take full ownership until the beginning of April. I was able to be in the gym some last week, I’m not sure how much I will be in there this coming week due to training, but I hope to be in gym some this coming week. My wife and I went today and cleaned the gym. I hope everyone is pleased with the cleaning we did, we were not able to get to everything today, we mainly focused on the bathrooms. I can’t wait to become the new owner of Anytime Fitness TR. and get to know each one of you and hopefully can help with any needs you may have. Again I am so sorry for any issues you have been having but hopefully come April we will be able to make this gym a lot better for everyone.
