THEY WEREN’T LOOKING FOR KARATE.
What one parent recently shared with us.
He was small.
He was quite shy.
And his parent wasn’t searching for martial arts.
They were simply looking for a way to get him moving.
“He was strictly into books and Legos. Not even TV. But we needed to branch out and move the body more.”
In fact, his parent described it this way:
“The martial arts found us. We weren’t looking, so to say.”
Then something started happening.
By the second week, his parent noticed a change.
“By week 2 he was out from my shadow. Shockingly fast, out of his shell. So proud to share who he was with everyone when before he would hide.”
So when we asked:
What’s the biggest change you’ve noticed since your child started Mastery?
The answer was just three words:
“Shyness GONE.”
Then came this:
“He has taken up all the space in the room. He’s proud of who he is and loves to share it with everyone.”
He had always been kind.
He had always been smart.
He had always been responsible.
The difference?
Now other people were getting to see it too.
They came looking for a little more movement.
