I hope September brings you clarity to what you’re chasing. May you no longer force yourself into spaces that drain you or hold on to things that were never meant to fit. This month, I hope you give yourself permission to realign, with peace, with purpose, with the people and places that feed your spirit. I hope you learn to say no without guilt, and yes without hesitation when it feels right. Alignment isn’t about having it all figured out, but about choosing to stand where your soul can breathe. I hope life feels lighter when you stop forcing what doesn’t belong and start embracing what was always meant for you 💫

Distractions are everywhere 👀⁠

Notice what takes your attention, acknowledge it, and then let it go so you return to the present moment.⁠

This is the practice of meditation/breath, which you can practice throughout the day. Over time these “gaps” between the thoughts you have, become rewards for your mind and body to function without stress 😌⁠

If you feel yoga and meditation are hard for you to practice, remember, recharging your nervous system should feel challenging!⁠

You’re built to do hard things.
