We are deeply grateful to every supporter, volunteer, donor, and partner who made this mission possible. Your contributions have made a lasting impact, and we could not have done this without you.

We are pleased to announce that our assets have been donated to local nonprofits, ensuring continued assistance for our community. Though we may be closing our doors, the spirit of our mission will continue to live on through the lives we’ve touched.

MoonRocks 2024 outlook:

As we continue to serve our Veteran and Native American members, our program will be transitioning to more outdoor focused events and activities for the upcoming year. These events/activities will be chosen by community members. MoonRocks will still be holding rock climbing events at Mesa Rim in collaboration with our community partners.
The winter of 2023-2024 will be a great chance for our team to fundraise and gather gear for our first outdoor event, which will take place in the of Spring 2024.
Community lead outdoor events:
Our community is made up of awesome individuals with varying skills and backgrounds from the Veterans Affairs, Nevada Urban Indians, Tribal Minds and Reno Sparks Indian Colony. 2024 will consist of events that are lead by these community partners based on their demand during this time.
Volunteer positions:
All MoonRocks staff are volunteers, who freely give their time to help improve our community through sports. We are always looking for talented and driven individuals to help grow our mission. If interested in joining the MoonRocks team, please send us a DM to discuss further. We look forward to another great year with an amazing community!

Celebrate Native American Heritage month with MoonRocks, , Nevada Urban Indians and . Learn more about Reno's local Native American community and organizations and get a few free sends on November 30th, from 6pm-8pm, at Mesa Rim, Reno.

Reno Sparks Indian Colony's cultural department will provide a informational presentation and Pow Wow dance demonstration at 6:30 pm. This event is open to all.

Volunteers are needed to belay and assist as needed. DM, if intetested.

This Saturday, our program particpants and friends of our Non-Profit are getting together at Boca Resivour for a fun filled day at Boca Resivour. Bring out your paddleboards, kayaks and floaties and enjoy a fun day in the sun!

Exact location details will be shared Friday Night once we have a spot picked out. We look forward to seeing everyone there 🤙🤙
