New calendar layout, adjusted class times, and LOTS of fun classes!! June is when the weather really starts heating up, so weβll be moving all evening classes back to 6:30 PM and our Saturday morning classes to 7:00 AM π
(starting Mon, June 1st)
π What to Expect This Month:
π₯ Outdoor group fitness all week long at Crossroads, Riverfront, and Tangerine Sky
π§ββοΈ Rotating specialty classes including Cardiyoga, Yoga Sculpt, Yoga, and Cardio/Core/Mobility throughout the month
πΆββοΈ Walking Groups continue on Mondays & Wednesdays for extra movement and community connection
π Earlier morning start times to help beat the Arizona heat
β¨ Weβve color-coded the schedule by location this month to make it easier to read and plan your workouts!
Be sure to double check your app before showing up for class. Location times are always listed there first!
