Joey was born on July 27, 1996. We were proud parents of a child with special needs. For Joey the greatest part of life was experiencing it.
Despite facing the unknown, we learned how to care for Joey, with the support of research, doctors, therapist and teachers. However, Joey taught us the most important things in life; he taught us life is to be embraced, treasured, savored and most of all celebrated.
