A huge congratulations to Lauren on reaching her 100-class milestone at BFT Foothills! What makes this even more impressive? She’s also surpassed 250 classes at BFT Oro Valley. Talk about commitment. 👏
Lauren brings positive energy into every room she walks into, works hard every single session, and never shies away from a challenge. And if you’ve ever seen her bench press, you know she’s one of the strongest members in the room. 💪

Shoutout to John on hitting 100 classes at BFT Foothills! From day one, he’s shown up ready to work, push himself, and give every session his all. Whether it’s strength, cardio, or hybrid training, John continues to put in the effort and stay consistent.

TUESDAY | PUMP | progression 2/4
🍑 Lower body resistance session! Zones 1&3 we will be super setting exercises! Zone 2 will be more of our traditional strength timing
WEDNESDAY | CARDIO U | progression 2/6
🥵 Aerobic style cardio session! We will be completing 12 exercises with all different heart rate zone targets
THURSDAY | STRENGTH | progression 2/8
💪 Upper body resistance session! We will be completing 3 sets of 6 different exercises
FRIDAY | HIIT | progression 2/5
⏱️ Cardio session where we will be completing 4 sets of ascending work time
SATURDAY | STRENGTH ENDURANCE | progression 1/3
🔥 60 minute hybrid session! We will be super setting a cardio & a strength exercises
