Starting the morning with a head full of noise is never ideal. 🤪
Luckily, I get to jump into my cardio session 💦 and let that rhythmic motion sort through the chaos, putting everything back into perspective. 🍃🧘
My go to? A split session: 20 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the rower. 🚣 ✅
Honestly, if I had a decent walking path right out my door, I’d do that instead, 😉 nothing beats that morning air and sun for a total reset 🌤️
