to be present with your Self. *We do not require you to participate in the workouts but you are welcome to join in on any day during the retreats. The retreats and workshops are held in unique and sacred spaces/places where we incorporate journaling with workshop and ceremony to clear out old energies of relationships, jobs, experiences; reclaim one's own energies and return unwanted residual energies of others before we work on creative pieces, jewelry, rune stones, masks, mythic poetry or other work to reclaim who we are and what we really want to call into our lives. Our next steps are to review the work and journals and clearly describe what we want to call in. Make no mistake, the Universe wants to assist but you must be clear and careful on what you call in to your life and how you do it. The workshops incorporate, Creative Visioning and Dream work, Golden Space Technique©, Mini Dream-boards within our Custom Journals, Ritual and Ceremony. Past Life Regression and Guided Visions are offered in individual sessions. My work has been to help individual's clear old energies and then focus on what they want to bring into their lives and world. This can be health, creativity, empowerment, relationship, work/job and just centering, grounding and focus. Degree Reiki Master, Bard in the OBOD tradition, certified hypnotherapist, trained and skilled in guided vision work, remote viewing, breath-work, journaling and inner guidance guide. I am balanced in both the professional business world with over 29 years coaching and consulting franchise clients on a national and international basis; and over 30 years working with individuals in the creative/spiritual journey and empowerment path work. The creative mask work and mythic persona writing are offered by internationally-acclaimed maskmaker, poet, storyteller, arts educator, percussionist and 7-time GRAMMY® Nominee Will Clipman.
