Just a quick reminder to stay safe. Seriously. Take care of yourselves.

09/16/2026

Truckers spend tons of time alone and on the road. Phone calls are their main way to connect with other drivers, especially during odd hours. It's how they socialize when messaging just won't cut it.

can anyone double check for me and see if spaceships are covered by freight insurance?

09/15/2026

You absolutely should learn to control yourself. Meditate, read, listen to podcasts—do whatever it takes. But don't forget: there's nothing wrong with you just because something bad happened. Getting past it, big or small, is normal. That's just being human.

Constant chronic issues? Maybe you need to accept that life and work just suck sometimes. Cases get heavier, boxes fall. You can be careful, but some days are just harder. Time to work on accepting that.

09/13/2026

Work is tough. Some days are just plain hard, and that's okay. You're not ungrateful for having a bad day, even if others have it worse. How you handle those rough patches is your choice. Don't let anyone tell you you're wrong for feeling it.

09/12/2026

People telling you to 'look at what you have' when you're having a rough time? It's garbage. You can be grateful and still have a bad day. Your emotions aren't a character flaw. Stop letting others define your feelings.

09/11/2026

Being told to 'look at what you have' when you're struggling is invalidating. Your emotions are real, and experiencing them doesn't mean you're ungrateful. Your character isn't defined by your feelings.

I don't normally post content like this but this is something a good friend of mine brought up this morning.. too many people think that a job is supposed to be all fun. too many people think that it's possible to find a career path where everything is fine and there's no negatives. many people will say that they don't think like that and then ultimately be faced with the choice to stay and then end up leaving or making some sort of big Hasty change. now don't get me wrong, if you're being mistreated at your job, that's one thing. but too many people don't accept that everything is going to come with negatives and that sticking to your ultimate goal requires doing a lot of boring repetitive stuff. like I said in the video pretty shiny object syndrome.

👉 Check out the kettlebell here: https://amzn.to/4zHHYrm

Truck drivers don’t need a whole gym setup in the sleeper.

This 7-in-1 adjustable kettlebell goes up to 44 lbs, takes up almost no space, and lets you start training in seconds. That matters when you’re working long hours and getting to a gym isn’t always realistic.

I bought it myself, tested it, and broke down the pros AND the cons.

If you’re trying to stay strong on the road without turning your tractor into a weight room, this is worth checking out.
