This is strength and conditioning built specifically for the lacrosse athlete. Spencer’s training focuses on developing the strength, speed, power, and movement that players need to perform at a higher level on the field.

Sometimes you don’t need another practice—you just need time, space and reps.

When our scheduled training sessions aren’t running, the Lacrosse Hub turf is open for athletes who want to come in and work on their game.

Just $10/hour. All players are welcome!

25 years later… she’s still got it.

Lacrosse Hub owner Jenna Szyluk returned to the field with her former Syracuse teammates at the 2026 Lake Placid Lacrosse Tournament, playing together as the Cuse OG’s (First Team established at Syracuse 1997).

They may be a little slower than they were 25 years ago, but put a stick back in their hands and that competitive side comes right back.

Pretty cool for our athletes to see that the game doesn’t have to end after high school or college. The friendships, competition, and love for lacrosse can last a lifetime.

Take your defensive play to the next level with Elite Defensive Training at Lacrosse Hub NW, designed specifically for high school athletes who want to become complete defenders. This advanced training focuses on the technical skills, defensive footwork, communication, tactical awareness, and mindset needed to compete at the highest level.

Your first beginner class is FREE!
