Tulia Youth Sports

10/07/2026

Welcome back👋, Tulia Youth Sports family! After a refreshing break spent with our loved ones, our board is energized and ready to finish the year strong. We're gearing up for our 2nd Annual Miss Winter Fairy Pageant in early December—entry forms will be released shortly, so stay tuned! Basketball signups will also be happening soon, so don't miss out. Be sure to follow our TYS page for all the latest updates and essential information. We have an important announcement: all sports games will now require an entry fee moving forward. This decision stems from Texas state regulations that mandate a TCOLE certified professional must attend every school facility sporting event. Since securing these certified volunteers consistently involves considerable expenses, this fee helps us meet these requirements. Beyond this necessary change, we're genuinely excited to see all our amazing young athletes returning to showcase their talents and passion on the courts and fields. Stay tuned for what's ahead! 🧚‍♂️🏀⚽️⚾️🏈

A big thank you to Brian West from Swisher Electric for donating a lightning detector to the Tulia Youth Sports program. We also extend our thanks to Sarah Cruz and her family for their generous donation of an AC unit for our concession stand. Additionally, we want to express our appreciation to all the volunteer dads and high school umpires and field helpers your contributions have not gone unnoticed. Thank you!

We want to thank all of our volunteer coaches for their commitment in volunteering their time for our TYS kids, and to the parents for motivating your children to participate season after season and for cheering them on. It has been a fantastic season. We enjoy watching our little ones learn a new sport, and it's amazing to see our seasoned kids improve with each game. We are truly proud.
