Kaizen Run Club Riverside

Join us for our River Loop course! We have a 1.6 and a 3.3 mile option! See you Monday at 6:15pm!

We will cross Riverside drive and take a right, about half a mile down we will take a left onto the pedestrian bridge! The path will loop around and you are going to go north (go under the bridge). For the 1.6 mile out and back peeps, you turn around once you get under the pedestrian bridge, you can turn right around and come back the way you came! You will stay on the trail until you get to the next bridge (23rd St), before you get to the bridge you’ll take a left onto a paved trail that will take you over the bridge (so if you go under the bridge, you went too far). There are bathrooms and water fountains before the turn for the bridge up in the parking area. Once on the bridge you’ll take your first right, it’ll be a ramp that will take you back down to Riverside trail (if you stay on the bridge and go over Riverside dr, you went too far). Then you head back south, and it’s a straight shot back to the gravel lot! If you have trouble remembering where the turn is for our meet up spot, just remember it’s after/before (depending on the direction of the course, this time it’ll be after) all the basket ball courts. There is a facility with bathrooms, water fountains, and vending machines, our turn is right near that!

We’ll exit the gravel parking lot and cross Riverside, then take a left and head south. For the 1.6 mile peeps, turn around is the 41st plaza! There are water fountains, bathrooms, and a playground so you won’t miss it! The 3.6 mile turn around is the I44 bridge! Once you are under it, turn on around, and head in back!

We've had some people asking if we will be meeting this Monday (25th) since it's Memorial Day. The answer is yes! If you have plans, no worries. If you want to come run, come! We look forward to seeing you!

This is a reminder for anyone who ordered Kaizen merch; I will have it at run club TOMORROW! I will be there early around 5:50-6pm. If you wanna come grab you stuff before run club, arrive early! If you don’t mind waiting till I (or Josh) get back, you can grab them after!
