- just barely missed the open overall

11 weeks ago Grace asked if we could do a show, I said sure there’s one 11 weeks away and another 22. She chose the Showdown. Needless to say not only as a coach but a friend of years I could not have asked for a better effort out of her. To go from no gym or diet to a show prep is very hard, and not something most could ever just do. And not only did she do it, she met and exceeded the standard I have for my clients to step on stage! I am very happy to be apart of her journey with all this and have her apart of the culture we are building every single day! Here’s to Nationals in December!💪🏼

Competition Client update:

Aaron Hunter Kirkendoll right over 11 weeks out from his first show in Men’s Physique. Checking off the daily boxes as we prepare to really start dialing him in soon! Seeing the change coming from lifestyle client to competitor has been amazing with him! Couldn’t be happier with his progress for a 1st time prep!

First Peak week starting for Grace Alene! Couldn’t be more proud of the package she’s brought to her first show. Starting 11 weeks out, she’s absolutely crushed every aspect of this. Join me in wishing her good luck as she puts the finishing touches on and gets ready for next Saturday!

Client update/spotlight!: Taylor McKenzie

Taylor continues to absolutely kill the plan as we increase calories higher than she’s ever had while staying lean! Couldn’t be more proud of not only her dedication but the level of communication she gives about anything that comes up within the week! 2709 clean calories a day and staying lean is going to make a nice amount to pull from when we get her onto a stage next year 😏💪🏼

There’s nothing one could ask more of clients like Kenda. She enjoys life but at the same time sticks to her daily grind to continue to make a healthier, happier version of herself.
