The Factory Grappling Club LLC

The Friday women's class that has traditionally been at 6pm,
has been permanently changed to Tuesdays at 6pm (starting today). We feel this will accommodate our students and coach better. It will immediately be followed by our traditional 7pm nogi class. This will be the only change to our scheduling. We will however be looking to fill our friday night slot with a new class very soon, stay tuned.

The monday 6pm boxing fundamentals class is back. Dont miss out on a great class, then stick around for BJJ.

The Factory Schedule at present:
Monday 7pm gi
Tuesday 12pm nogi, 7pm nogi
Wednesday 12pm gi, 6pm nogi, 730 pm striking/mma
Thursday 12pm nogi, 7pm nogi
Friday 12pm nogi, 6pm ladies class
Saturday 10am Striking/mma
10am strength and conditioning
Sunday 12pm nogi

We will be most likely adding one early class a week, most likely mondays at 530 am, and may add the monday 12pm class back soon.
The monday 6pm boxing fundamentals will also be back in October.
