GreenGrow Ventures Inc. manufactures and markets organic fertilisers and soil supplements derived from recycled fish and plant waste. These products provide farmers and growers of fruits, vegetable and feedstock crops with increased yield and remediated soils over time.

GreenGrow’s organic fertiliser increases yields, provides more nutrients than other fertilisers, replenishes soils that have been decimated by the use of chemical fertilisers, and reverses desertification and the bleaching of natural soils. It is also environmentally safe and made from renewable resources. Our fertiliser breaks up salt residue left behind from years of chemical fertiliser use, allowing plants to absorb nutrients more readily.

Environmentally Sustainable: GreenGrow increases soil productivity while rehabilitating the environment by accelerating nature’s biological cycle for soil replenishment. Unlike chemical fertilisers, our organic fertilisers are classified as “slow-release” meaning that nutrients are released gradually over time. By enabling plants to take the time needed to absorb nutrients more fully, pollution by typical chemical fertiliser run-off to streams and lakes is eliminated.
Production: Early in development, it was determined that a controlled digestion (DNA breakdown) of fresh fish material produced on a continuous batch plant basis, creates a product superior to any other fertiliser — chemical or organic — in today’s market. Our fertiliser is derived from fish (remains from seafood processing plants) that is hydrolyzed with amino acids and enzymes to create a “whole fish liquid fertiliser” product. Unlike the fish remains used for human food processing, which exclude fish viscera, organs and heads, our product uses the total fish. This creates desirably high mineral concentrations in our fertiliser. Pasteurization also makes the end product completely odor free.
Cost Effective: In recent years rising oil prices have increased the cost of chemical fertiliser applications. The application of GreenGrow’s organic fertiliser on one hectare of crops per growing season is comparable and, in most cases (depending on soil condition), less expensive per hectare than chemical fertilisers. Additionally, the farmer is able to rebuild soil content and eliminate costly pesticides.
Shelf Life and Storage Conditions: This product is 100% organic. It has a shelf life of 4 years. It can be stored in a open structure with a roof cover and stays effective in a temperature range of 20-35 degrees celcius. If stored over 6 months without movement, please agitate or mix the content with a clean plastic paddle or stick so that any sedimentation at the bottom of the container is mixed and incorporated into fertilzier before usage.
Product Risk and Hazard: This product is 100% organic and has zero hazard and no identified risk to human exposure. Product is not a consumable item and should not be eaten or consumed. No skin irritation if exposed. Recommennd washing with water if exposed.
