Basketball season may be over, but the action at Crossover never slows down! As one season ends, another takes off. Track season is here! ⚡ No rest for the weary as our Crossover Flyin’ Lions hit the track for their first meet of the season this Thursday at the Shawnee Invitational Track Meet.

If you have a flexible work schedule, a free morning, or just enjoy a good daytime side quest, come out and cheer on our athletes as they kick off the season!

Your first season in OSSAA, and you fought your way to the Area Consolation Championship. That is not luck. That is not circumstance. That is discipline, sacrifice, brotherhood, and heart.

Young men, hold your heads high.

You represented Crossover with toughness. You represented your families with pride. And most importantly, you represented Christ with the way you competed. There is no shame in leaving the floor knowing you gave everything you had. When you play your heart out, the scoreboard does not define you, your effort does!

You did not quit.
You did not fold.
You did not back down.

That matters.

Scripture says:
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7

That verse is not just about winning. It is about finishing strong. It is about faithfulness. It is about giving everything you have until the final buzzer sounds.

And that is exactly what you did.

This season was not an ending, it was a foundation. You proved you belong. You proved you can compete. Now the standard has been set.
