Head Coach - Ryan Cody
Two of my favorite aspects of coaching are seeing players apply the game strategies and adjustments weâve worked on over the years, and watching that growth translate into real situations on the field. Itâs incredibly rewarding to see their understanding and confidence develop through preparation and experience.
I also truly enjoy the opportunity to compete alongside them and share in that competitive spirit. Being part of the game with the players keeps that edge alive in me and strengthens the connection between coach and team, making the journey even more meaningful.
Asst. Coach - Bryan Riley
My love for baseball started when I was a kid playing competitive ball. I didnât get to continue past high school, so when my son started T-ball, I jumped at the chance to coach in 2018 and havenât looked back since.
My favorite part is watching the boys light up when they have that âstand outâ moment, when the hard work clicks and their competitive side comes out.
PLAYERS NOTES:
Coach Cody helps me improve my baseball skills a lot and he's great about correcting me when needed. Coach Ryan is serious about the game! Coach Ryan is always focused on the game and fights for the players. He educates us and teaches us to improve our game. Coach Ryan keeps us focused on the game and he is competitive! He pushes us to our limits and that what makes us a good team!
Coach Riley: Coach helps us get our heads in the game, he encourages and always supports us. Coach Bryan is always joking around with us. Coach Bryan keeps things fun, but knows exactly when to flip the switch and correct me when in counts. Coach Bryan is funny but pushes us to make us better baseball players every single day!

Coach's Notes:
Hommy Ortiz is entering his second season with our baseball team, and he continues to be a special part of our program. He is truly one of the nicest kids youâll ever meetâalways willing to help a teammate and the kind of player who would give the jersey off his back for others. His character and attitude make him a great teammate and an even better person to coach.
On the field, Hommy is a big, strong kid who brings a lot of value both at the plate and on the mound. We expect another strong year from him as he continues to develop his power and confidence in all phases of the game. With his work ethic, talent, and team-first mentality, Hommy is set up for another great season and continued growth with our program.

Coach's Notes:
Liam Bebout has been a huge addition to our Walkoff Baseball team since joining us in the fall. Heâs a rare talent, throwing right-handed while hitting for real power from the left side, which makes him a tough matchup for any opponent. Beyond his skill set, Liam is a great kid who brings the right mindset to the field every day and fits perfectly into our team culture.
What really sets Liam apart is how he leads by example and his strong desire to win. He competes in everything he does, pushes himself and his teammates, and never shies away from big moments. His impact has been felt immediately, and our Walkoff team is better because of the energy, leadership, and competitiveness he brings.
