The year is running by quickly and there's a need to make our goals and human roles align together.
Setting goals can be overwhelming for most people but it's a necessity to intentionally design your life
In this episode hosted by Tristen, Krista, Deboni and Jesi. Krista does most of the heavy lifting as she tells us how to get ready for goal setting and understanding our different archetypes in order to design our lives and set goals.
Krista mentions about 4 Archetypes and they are:
Sultan (aka the Boss)
Magician (aka the Inventor)
Lover (aka Caregiver)
Warrior (aka the Conqueror)
Every human has a default archetype and more of this was said in the podcast.
Tune in and listen to today's episode.

Healthier Version of Magic 7 Layer Barsâ
Makes 12 bars in Granola Bar⢠Panâ
Prep: 20 minutesâ
â
***I make them ***â
â
âď¸Crust Ingredients:â
1 1/4 cup nut flour blend (wheat flour or rice flour or bean flour works too)â
2 Tbl white sugarâ
1 Tbl brown sugarâ
3-4 Tbl melted butterâ
1 large eggâ
pinch of ground sea salt â
â
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. No prep required for Granola Bar⢠Pan - no spray, no liners.â
â
In medium bowl whisk flour, sugars & salt.â
â
In small bowl whisk 3 Tbl melted butter & egg. Pour liquid into dry ingredients - use pastry cutter, whisk or fork to chop up until all ingredients are incorporated.â
â
Scoop 1 Tbl in hand and squeeze - if it doesn't stick together well add extra 1 Tbl melted butter. Repeat chopping butter into mix.â
â
Scoop about 1.5 Tbl mix into each cavity in the GBP. Press mix down to cover cavity bottom.â
â
Bake crust for 12-15 min. until edges are golden brown.â
â
âď¸Filling Ingredients:â
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakesâ
1/3 cup dark chocolate chipsâ
1/3 cup butterscotch chipsâ
1 cup chopped walnutsâ
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk or sweetened condensed coconut milkâ
3 small pinches of ground sea saltâ
â
Once crust is baked no need to wait to cool - start adding layers. Sprinkle tops with coconut flakes then sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips & walnuts.â
â
Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over each bar & sprinkle with a little salt.â
â
Place bars back in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are clearly caramelizing and evaporated milk is bubbling a lot. If not cooked long enough bars will be gooey but when cooked enough the sugar milk will caramelize and harden.â
â
Remove from oven & let cool completely. Place them in the freezer for 15 minutes to speed up the process. Enjoy!!!â
â
.â
..â
Store in airtight container on counter for 3-5 days or in fridge for 7-10 days.â
