With all the sickness going around, we are going to focus on bone broth this week.

Because you need a whole chicken to make bone broth with, the meal plan this week will feature a whole chicken and shredded chicken for leftovers. I bake two chickens at a time so I can have enough left overs for the week. It doubles the results without much more effort.

Whole chicken dinner with Ranch Chicken wraps for lunch and apples with peanut butter for a snack.
Protein: leftover chicken shredded
Carb: flour tortilla
Fat: cheese, ranch dressing
Veggie: whatever you have on hand to put in tortilla: black olives, lettuce, shredded carrots, banana peppers
Lunches
Protein: whole chicken
Carb: sweet potato
Fat: olive oil, goat cheese, butter
Veggie: brussel sprouts sprinkled with goat cheese
For a more filling meal, add rice or pasta as a starch.

Rashea R. came to AF Findlay after her friend suggested working out together when Rashea found out she was at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
