*6:00-6:30pm Kids Classes 8-11 yr olds
*6:30-7:30pm Fundamental Striking 12+
*7:30-8:30pm Fighters Training ..... for those who have a fight coming up or who had amateur/professional fights
*Open Gym is for All Levels and All Ages
