One piece of equipment we hope never gets used.
Our AED has a new battery and fresh pads, so it’s ready if an emergency happens.
We’d rather focus on training, but preparedness matters. We’re proud to maintain an AED and help keep our gym safe.
Hopefully it never leaves its case!

10 pounds down and feeling stronger. 💪
After having a baby, weight loss can be tough.
Sleep is often garbage. Your schedule revolves around someone else’s needs. And the idea of exercising when you’re already exhausted can feel like the least important thing on your to-do list.
But from my experience working with new moms, I’ve found that training often gives them more energy- not less.
Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. There should never be guilt associated with becoming a healthier, stronger version of yourself. In fact, investing in your own health allows you to show up better for everyone else in your life.
This client is down 10 pounds, feeling more muscular, and most importantly, feeling better in her own skin.
To all the moms out there: you deserve to make yourself a priority too. ❤️

Lots of spine work today in the mobility class.
I would be lying if I wasn’t catering a little bit toward our golf population this time of year…. ⛳️
With that being said… who doesn’t benefit from extra attention to the spine?
Today we started with a lot of positional spine work. Working and breathing through multiple planes of motion. No matter the joint, the general goal is always joint maintenance AKA maintain existing range of motion (bare minimum goal). The REAL goal is to create space at the joint level AKA acquire more range of motion. How do we do that? We challenge positions and breathe into them. Then, we load the tissue.
I like to think of our mobility classes like a dance with the nervous system through the language of breathing.
Can you breathe into this specific area?
Can you get into an “uncomfortable” position and stay there long enough to breathe into comfort?
Can you create tension and strength into that newly acquired range?
These are challenges I pose on our members as we move from movement to movement.
Everything is thought through. Nothing is random.
If you haven’t tried our Mobility Class yet, you are missing out!

This week, Coach Tim had the opportunity to lead some of our neighbors from daycare next door through a fun yoga session.
Does it get any cuter than this? 🧘♀️❤️
We love being part of such a great community. Thank you to School for Early Excellence for the opportunity!
Texting with my client that had a C-section less than 10 days ago…
There’s something really special about training clients through multiple seasons of life…especially pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between.
I’ve now had the privilege of working with several women through more than one pregnancy, helping them train before, during, and after each one. And one thing that always stands out is this: no two pregnancies OR recoveries look the same.
The same person can have completely different experiences from one pregnancy to the next. Different energy levels. Different aches and limitations. Different recovery timelines. Different emotional and physical challenges.
That’s why training during these phases should never be one-size-fits-all. It requires patience, communication, adaptability, and understanding that progress may look different depending on the season someone is in.
One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is being able to support clients long terM. Not just for a few months, but through major life transitions. Watching women rebuild confidence, regain strength, and reconnect with their bodies after pregnancy is something I never take for granted.
Strong looks different in every phase of life. The goal is learning how to work with your body, not against it. 💙
