T H R I V E with 🖐️ this November! 🦃

In thinking about our challenge for November, we could have done glutes or arms or burpees or lots of other things involving reps and counts… but heading into the holidays is a good time to focus on the simple things. We want our to focus on being well and enjoying this season! So we encourage you to and focus on FIVE key areas:
🧘‍♀️MIND - think gratitude, mindfulness, and positivity!
💪MOVE - get moving 4-5 days a week, and spice up your routine!
💦HYDRATE - drinking lots of water is KEY to your health!
💤SLEEP - aim for 8 hours, and add magnesium or other supplements as needed!
🦃EAT - prioritize protein!

It doesn’t have to be complicated. You may even pick three of these to focus on this month. We are just looking for improvements to help us be our best selves and get through the holidays without gobbling ‘til we wobble!

Use this tax-free weekend to stock up for next month’s benefiting local schools Holt Elementary and Tuscaloosa Magnet Elementary & Middle Schools.

• supplies like paper, pencils, markers, highlighters, notebooks, Lysol wipes, etc.
• gift cards for teachers or students like Heritage House, Starbucks, Amazon, Chick-Fil-A, etc!
• cash/Venmo/check and we can shop for ya!

Toss on your bands and you can do it from anywhere! We are shooting for 5x each week.

Easy to incorporate into your day whether you are lounging by the pool or on vacay!

Use our calendar to track your progress and turn it in at the end for a chance to win a fun prize!

• Lateral Walk/Steps (10/side = 20 reps)
• Squat Jacks (15 reps)
• Three Point Foot Taps - lat, 45º, back (10/side = 20 reps)
• Lateral Leg Raises (10/side = 20 reps)
• SL Hip Raise/Clamshell (10/side = 20 reps)
