Can you believe competition is this weekend!?
Here's a little Monday reminder...

Yes, scores matter.
Yes, winning feels good.
But that’s not what defines THIS program...

What matters is what our athletes are walking IN with and what they’re walking OUT with.

Confidence.
Resilience.
The courage to try, even when it’s uncomfortable.
The ability to hold their head high...no matter the result!

Coaches....they will follow your energy.
Parents.....they will carry your words with them.

So this weekend, let’s remember what actually counts:
✅ Showing up prepared
✅ Choosing a strong attitude
✅ Supporting teammates
✅ Competing with confidence
✅ Leaving the mat proud

Because at the end of the day, the real win is watching THEM.
It’s the athlete who walks off knowing, “I DID THAT!"
Helping them feel confident, make friends, and have pride in their performance. Every practice, every competition...we're choosing which one we're building. And at CFA - we're building champions 💜
