I’m heartbroken hearing the news about Jeff Webb. Like so many of us in the UCA/UDA family, I wouldn’t be where I am today without him.
When I was still in high school at Ole Miss camp, Jeff personally handed me my staff application. That moment changed the entire trajectory of my life. I went on to work several summers for him at Ole Miss camps throughout my 5 years with UCA, and those years shaped not only my career, but the way I lead, teach, and show up for others every day.
Jeff didn’t just build a company—he built a community and created opportunities for millions of athletes and instructors to grow, lead, and find their confidence. I know I’m not alone in saying that we are all feeling this loss deeply. The impact he had on our lives, our friendships, and the sport we love is impossible to measure.
Forever grateful to have been one of the many lives he changed. 💙
