He was a big part of our team’s success last year with his versatility playing every position on the infield and would throw strikes when called upon to pitch! Help me in wishing a very Happy Birthday to Coach Nick! He not only teaches kids to hit a baseball by using a basketball…he also coaches first like a crazy person! He loves to send runners to second when the ball is 2’ from the first baseman! Sends them with two outs and the batter was just walked! He even once sent a runner to 2nd and our team was playing DEFENSE! 😳🤣Just kidding on that one! We love ya Coach Nick! Hope you have a great day! 🥳

"Wait, how much do you pay for travel ball?"
"Isn't that, like... a car payment every month?"

Yep. It's that expensive.
New bats. Tournament fees. Private lessons. Gas. Hotels. Repeat.
It adds up. Quick.

But here's what you don't see on the invoice:
The confidence he builds when he gets a hit in a high-pressure situation.
The resilience he learns walking back to the dugout after a tough strikeout.
The leadership he finds when he's the first to cheer for a teammate.

This sport teaches more than just a good swing.
It teaches him that you don't just show up, you go all in.

So no, baseball isn't cheap.
But neither is raising a strong, confident young man who knows how to handle failure.

And when I watch him step into the box, fearless and ready to compete?
Yeah, it's worth every penny. ⚾️

What a season. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.
From cold winter practices to summer nail-biters, this group showed heart, hustle, and real growth. They picked each other up, learned from every at-bat, and played the game the right way! Last night’s pool party was the perfect way to wrap it up—nothing but laughs, cannonballs, and a team that truly feels like family.
Thank you to our parents for the rides, snacks, loud cheers, and endless support. Thank you to my fellow coaches for pouring into these kids every day. And to the players…you made coaching a joy! Keep your gloves close, your heads high, and that love for the game even higher.
Until next season—once a team, always a team!

Our season came to an end last night with a tough 3-2 loss in the playoffs! I couldn’t be more proud of these boys and the heart, effort, fight, and determination they showed! It’s a sad day knowing the season is over! My hope is they had a blast this year and just can’t wait to step back on the ball fields again next season! Thanks again to all our wonderful families and fans for supporting Knights baseball in 2026! ⚔️⚾️
